About Jenni

Occupational Therapist & Pre/Postnatal Trainer

I help pregnant and postpartum moms become strong, confident, and energized through targeted exercise programs.

I use my extensive education in human anatomy, biomechanics, and prenatal and postnatal exercise training to deliver the most successful and beneficial results for my clients.

Evidence-based practice is a key value of mine, and I provide my clients with the best outcomes according to the most current research findings. With a strong belief in the importance of continuing education, I continue to pursue courses and certifications in pre/postnatal training and wellness.

I love empowering new and expecting moms to feel their best.

There is nothing more rewarding than my clients’ accomplishments throughout their pregnancy and postpartum workouts:

  • Kristen, a mom of 2 who was able to improve her core strength and function after completing The Postnatal Academy.

  • Amanda, a mom of 1 who found new energy she didn’t know was possible after just 3 weeks in The Postnatal Academy.

  • Emily, an expecting mom who felt “empowered” and “confident” knowing how to exercise safely throughout her pregnancy.
